  • Lee Group was engaged to supply and install all meter panels, distribution boards mains & Sub-mains cabling, electrical and communications reticulation, lighting, Smart Poles, Power, emergency lighting, 240V Smoke alarms, Audio Visual, MATV, Hearing Augmentation and Supplied and install a complete D&C 50 KW Solar system. 
  • Lee Group engaged sub-contacters for the communications, fibre, Security, CCTV, access control, and the WAP supply and install component of the project.


The Construction Included:

  • The construction of a new 653 m2 Library-Hub Building (incorporating a business and learning hub) with a forecourt;
  • A revitalised adjoining Greenspace / Courtyard;
  • A refurbished Cultural Centre Façade with a foyer art gallery; and
  • A refurbished Annexe with meeting rooms equipped with modern technology
