Lee Group Electrical is proud to be involved in the delivery of the Salvation Army Social Housing Development, providing electrical and solar installation services to support the construction of safe, modern and energy-efficient housing for the community.

Project Scope of Works

Our scope includes the installation of electrical infrastructure and solar PV systems throughout the development, including:

  • Electrical Infrastructure: Installation of mains and submains cabling, switchboards, metering and electrical distribution systems.
  • General Electrical: Complete lighting, power and electrical fit-out across the residential dwellings and associated common areas.
  • Solar PV Systems: Supply and installation of rooftop solar systems to improve energy efficiency and help reduce ongoing electricity costs.
  • External Electrical: Installation of external lighting, power and associated electrical infrastructure.
  • Testing & Commissioning: Comprehensive testing, commissioning and certification of electrical and solar installations.
